Each quarter, we publish two reports:

Flash Report

We publish permit detail and history on all 330+ metropolitan areas approximately six weeks after the quarter ends. We also include percentage changes and a national overview.

National Review

The National Review contains expanded detail on the 75 largest housing markets, as well as U.S. economic and housing market statistics and analysis. We publish the report approximately 10 weeks after the quarter ends, which is within 2 weeks of the release of some of the critical data, such as the first revision of employment data.
