As the Founding Principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Jeff Meyers is responsible for the national expansion
of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence through the identification of strategic acquisition
opportunities and alliances.
Mr. Meyers also actively participates in the innovation, design and execution of technologically driven real estate information services. He actively participates in the commercial, industrial, and residential real estate consulting operations and guides many large scale, multi-discipline projects.
TIMOTHY
P. SULLIVAN As Principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence,
Tim Sullivan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Real
Estate Consulting Practice and assisting a variety of real estate
clients with their strategic thinking.
Mr. Sullivan is an advisor to financial institutions, homebuilders, developers, private funds and public agencies, addressing key issues involved in real estate investment and the development process. Primary responsibilities include development strategies for unimproved land, multi-family, retirement residential product and active adult communities, master planned communities and commercial properties. STEVE JOHNSON As a Principal at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Steve Johnson
is a senior member of the company’s strategic management team.
In addition, Mr. Johnson is frequently involved as a management
consultant to both public and private building firms, financial
institutions, land development groups and government agencies. Mr.
Johnson has over 23 years of experience as a consultant in the real
estate industry. The list of clients who have engaged Johnson are
as varied as the industry itself: home builders, commercial developers,
land developers, financial institutions, private funds, and public
agencies.
STEPHEN
G. SMILEY As Principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Steve Smiley
oversees all management of research and consulting activities in
the Northern California region.
In his ten plus years of experience with Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Mr. Smiley has worked in the Southern and Northern California marketplaces, as well as Phoenix and Las Vegas. After several years of directing Hanley Wood Market Intelligence’s operations in the Los Angeles and Ventura County regions of Southern California, Mr. Smiley has been in charge of the company’s continued expansion into Northern California. LORRY R. LYNN As Principal based in the Irvine office, Lorry
Lynn manages consulting assignments throughout the Real Estate Consulting
Practice and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Orange County
office. Ms. Lynn has performed numerous studies throughout the Western
United States, including all Southern California counties, the San
Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Central Valley, Las Vegas,
Arizona, and Washington.
JOHN
C. BURNS As Senior Managing Director based in the Irvine
office, John Burns provides a wide variety of consulting services
to his clients, including economic and financial analysis, as well
as business improvement. He has also developed an area of expertise
in golf course development consulting. His clients are primarily
financial institutions and equity investors.
PETER F. DENNEHY As a Managing Director based in the Solana Beach
office, Peter Dennehy has a decade of experience in real estate.
He has had experience consulting on a broad spectrum of residential
and commercial properties, including: rental apartments, condominiums;
and single-family dwellings; master planned communities and resorts;
active adult and senior housing projects; public housing developments,
low-income tax credit, and single-room occupancy (SRO) housing developments;
hotels; urban redevelopment and mixed-use complexes; retail, office
and business/industrial parks.
ADA CHEN KAISER As a Managing Director based in the Solana Beach
office, Ada Kaiser provides a variety of consulting services and
manages consulting assignments throughout the Real Estate Consulting
Practice. Ms. Kaiser has performed numerous studies throughout the
United States, including all Southern California counties, the San
Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Central Valley, Las Vegas,
Arizona, and Texas.
Ms. Kaiser is best known for her in-depth knowledge of the Southern California residential market, particularly the San Diego County and Riverside County markets. |
